I'm with you, guuurl! Those stripey horrors must go! I think we need to launch a kamikaze invasion of Baby's closet. Must also destroy all shorts 10 sizes too big and K-Mart specials. Oh, and can we tighten up the jeans just a leetle bit?

Marie, you are the Goddess of all things funny and snarky, but I gotta say I love to see a sexy guy comfortable and I'd have to kill myself if he didn't appear in jeans and a T or jersey half the time. Sue me, I'm a child of the 60s when a guy in a suit meant he just wasn't gonna be that much fun...(meet you halfway, though, if you'll agree that he needs to burn the Vincent suit).

I have a solution to the fashion dilemma... NO shirts. And to match, of course, NO pants! There! A complete matching outfit, always in style.

Yay, a place to vent Clay fashion frustrations. Has the beige suit been retired? I hope, I hope. Who in God's name paired it with that horrible pastel green shirt? If he must wear it, pair it with a black tee or a dark turtleneck; never with pastels. Geez.

Too damn funny, Marie. I absolutely agree, though. At his Tuesday morning DC interviews, the boy was wearing the exact same suit and tie that he was wearing for TITN at the Monday night concert. I was aghast. I love seeing that Baby in a suit, but my God stylists, is there no reason why it can't be a different suit?

I love the way you made GWB look cool! and you already know how I feel about that orange striped number...

Marie, you know I love you, but, you're reminding me of Sylvia Hollander's Fashion Cop today! I so want Downy Ball to be comfortable. I absolutely adore seeing him in a suit and tie, but I consider them to be the male version of pantyhose, underwire and spike heels. Make ya look the way the world says you're supposed to look, but not really comfortable. Well, really I consider them the torture chamber version of clothing. Save em for special occasions. I guess I am alone in ClayFandom in liking the stripey shirts. Buy more stripey shirts, stylists! Our Boy really loves them. I laughed out loud at the Prez' thought baloon!

I LOVE that second Rolling Stone photo (black suit, arms crossed, big Beatle-booted feeties) about as much as I HATE the one they actually chose for the cover photo. Please don't make him into a Tiger Beat pinup for god sakes. Why not that suit shot, or the loverly B&W photo we LBFCA all adore so much? *sigh*

You are great, Marie!! I love OMC to death, but get him some new clothes! He certainly has the build to carry off just about anything - but those stripped shirts have to go. Keep the comments coming. Someone has to say what we have all been thinking. : )

That was great! You expressed my feelings about Dubya's speach to a T. Thank you for such a hilarious overview. You just crack me up!! Keep it commin' girl!

I thought stripped meant "without clothes"... I'm sorry did I type that out loud?

Marie....Are you my long lost twin? Your rant against RCA employees who mishandle Clay solidifies my resolve to further LBFCA Event Management. A team of Broads in each region would be responsible for any and all things Clay when he happens to be performing in our respective areas. Jerome would drive him to the Head Broad's house from the airport instead of a hotel. A Marketing Broad would handle all scheduling. A Stylist Broad would appropriately dress him up, down, whatever it takes to make him yummilicious for the event. And GuardBroads would ensure that all event-related time constraints be adhered. Any region could have any number of teams of Broads, so long as all of Clayton's needs are properly met. EM would have regional teams so that each Broad would only have to work within driving distance of her home. Brudes are totally welcome to participate, too. Motto: LBFCA Event Management....We do Clayton right.

This is so right and made me laugh at myself. I love hearing EVERYTHING I can about MBC... (My Boy Clay). Really enjoyed the entire site. Still going to see Clay in Concert in Anaheim and I can't wait.

WoW! And I thought I was funny! Ha! This sight is unbelievable!!! Hysterical! bowdown-bowdown.... But one question? How do you know if HE doesn't like those stripey shirts?!

The pure sight of Clay can melt me no matter what outfit he's wearing. His smile, his voice, and his overall charm are what truly sets him apart from the rest. The man just GLOWS. I fell in love with him from the begining with his freckles and striped buttondown. He has had some changes made but physical appearance (in my opinion) has never ONCE been a problem for him. And seriously, if y'all love him as much as I do and as much as you say you do let me ask you this...Do the clothes make the man or does the man make the clothes? I think you know how to answer that one. :-)

You are soooo right on! Are you reading my mind or what??? Sugarpiehoneybunch should be dressed like the star that he is. Rolling Stone already proved (to those who might not have already realized it) that this is one sexy man and he needs to be dressed like that god that he is!!!

I like his stripey shirts - kind of a signature thing, so few people can pull off stripes really well - Aooow!! Could Clay pull off those stripes? - anytime for me boy!! Whoa, Trudi, settle DOWN girl!! How do we LBFCA deal with feelings like that when we also just love his wholesomeness, etc. etc. I feel kinda wicked.... Anyway...I was out shopping for new school clothes for my 15 and 18 year old daughters the other day, and we discovered that the whole striped shirt thing was really IN at the store we were at. And my one daughter found this gorgeous baby-blue check-striped (hard to describe) shirt that we both agreed was "so Clay" - we bought it of course, and I know she'll wear it when she sees me down, just cause she knows it will cheer me up so much..... About the hair - I like it RED. Oclay, lighten it a little if you like, or highlights, etc. but don't get rid of the RED. And STOP MESSING WITH HIS FRECKLES!!! I LOVE his freckles - every single one! When I saw him done up with pancake makeup for the video shoot, I almost - well, I don't know what - but THAT is sacriledge!! Oh and I LOVE: Motto: LBFCA Event Management....We do Clayton right. YES YES YES YES YES (If only we could get the chance.....)
